The Ballad of the One-Armed Clarinetist

The Ballad of the One-Armed Clarinetist

There once was a clarinetist fair,
Who had one simple cross to bear;
Her arm in a sling,
Unable to sing,
Her music only halfway there.
Only so many notes can you play
With five of your fingers at bay,
So for now she will rest,
Feeling especially blessed,
Ben and Jerry’s to brighten her day.
